The Youth Performance - Beginners program is the crucial next step for cricketers transitioning from our Development Program or those new to structured training, catering to players aged 13 and above. This program bridges the gap between foundational skills and the demands of higher-level cricket, emphasising both technical refinement and physical development.

Building upon the principles established in the Development Program, we continue to prioritise pace stability coaching. Participants engage in weekly pace stability sessions, focusing on advanced techniques, increased consistency, and strategic bowling. Complementing these sessions are weekly pace stability training sessions, further solidifying control and accuracy. Regular assessments are integral to this program, allowing coaches to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and tailor training plans to individual needs.

Recognising the importance of self-directed training, the Youth Performance - Beginners program includes a comprehensive home program. This program utilizes bodyweight and minimal equipment exercises, enabling players to maintain their fitness and strength outside of scheduled sessions. This allows for flexibility and promotes independent training habits. A dedicated speed and conditioning program is also provided, focusing on developing the agility, speed, and endurance required for competitive cricket.

The Youth Performance - Beginners program is designed to cultivate dedicated and disciplined athletes. By providing structured training, personalised feedback, and comprehensive resources, we empower young cricketers to take ownership of their development and strive for excellence. Age Group : U13 - U16 (Boys & Girls)

Ideal player : Green Shield to Weblin shield; Mollie dive; IDCA - 14s / 15s (boys and girls); Junior club cricketers up to under 17s.

2025 Term Details :

Term 1 : 31st March to 28th September (Registration open)

Term 2 : 29th September to 29th March 2025 (Registration opening soon)

No of sessions per week : 2 (1.5hrs to 2 hours / session)

Weekly Pace stability coaching session and weekly pace stability session; home program - body weight / minimal equipment based: speed + conditioning program; attend assessments

Phase and profile specific - bodyweight / minimal equipment - monitored

How to register for New mambers :

Step 1: Fill the enquiry form , one of our coaches will reach out to you in 48hrs.

Step 2: Once your have spoken to the coach, Click on the link to purchase the initial assessment, select the coach and the time slot for your assessment, and make payments. 

Step 3: Arrive on time for the assessment, you will get an email with all the details. 

Stept 4: Our Coach will reach out to with your assessment results and recommendations

Step 5: Click here to enroll into the Youth Performance - Beginner  choose the available free spot (day and time slot for the program) and set up your payment plan.

Step 6: Download the Power+Pace App to your mobile phone to access your booking details / your assessments / purchase add ons and so on. 

Please note sessions DO NOT carry over to the next term.
