High Performance Program
This program is designed for the athlete transitioning into more specific bowling in the recent onset of adolescent stage (peak height velocity) of physical development or with low exposure to strength and gym based work. There will still be a high performance focus with advanced assessments and options for 1 or 2 days per week of supervised coaching and training. An independent S+C program will be provided on Teambuildr will be provided.
Inclusions
13 week 4 phase Strength and conditioning program
Weekly Supervised Skill Stability Sessions on Thursday Afternoons / Nights (4:30 till late) – sessions estimated to take 2 hours
Regular Assessments as per phase – biomechanics, strength, power, injury prevention, sprinting speed and advanced profiling techniques
Progress Reports via Skillshark
Individual license for Ludimos (ball tracking and Biomechanics)
Teambuildr Account with individualised periodised S+C program
Output Account (velocity based training)
