This fully customised program transcends age limitations, catering to athletes from representative levels through to elite professionals.

Designed for players seeking intensive, personalised development, the program typically involves 2-3 sessions per week, each lasting 1-2 hours. These sessions are tailored to your specific requirements, whether you're focused on short-term high-performance enhancement, advanced rehabilitation, or targeted correction work (such as addressing an illegal bowling action).

Expression of Interest :

Step 1: Fill the enquiry form , one of our coaches will reach out to you in 48hrs.

Step 2: Once your have spoken to the coach, Click on the link to purchase the initial assessment, select the coach and the time slot for your assessment, and make payments. 

Step 3: Arrive on time for the assessment, you will get an email with all the details. 

Stept 4: Our Coach will reach out to with your assessment results and recommendations

Step 5: Coach will design the program and take you though the customised program

Step6: Make payment (Weekly or upfront)

Step 7: Download the Power+Pace App to your mobile phone to access your booking details / your assessments / purchase add ons and so on.
