The Basic Performance program is designed as a natural progression from our Development Program, providing a structured pathway for players aged 14 through to seniors who are committed to enhancing their skills and maximising their cricketing potential. This program is ideal for those who wish to elevate their game and maintain a consistent commitment to improvement.
Building upon the fundamental skills instilled in the Development Program, the Basic Performance program focuses on solidifying core techniques and developing a deeper understanding of the game. Participants will engage in focused training sessions that address key areas of batting, bowling, fielding, and general game awareness.
Our experienced coaches provide personalised guidance and feedback, helping players refine their techniques and identify areas for improvement. We emphasize the importance of consistency and discipline, fostering a strong work ethic that translates to on-field performance.
This program also incorporates a basic fitness component, designed to improve overall athleticism and prepare players for the physical demands of competitive cricket. While not as intensive as our advanced performance programs, it provides a solid foundation for physical development.

Age Group : U14 to Seniors (Boys & Girls)
Ideal player : Players 14 years and over through to Club Seniors. stage 3 + seniors Club, shires, lower grades Premier Cricket

Term 1 : 31st March to 28th September (Registration open)
Term 2 : 29th September to 29th March 2025 (Registration opening soon)
No of sessions per week : 1 (1.5hrs to 2 hours / session)

1 x weekly pace stability coaching sessions; assessments and optional General S+C program
Profile Specific; Gym - Body weight and/or gym - unmonitored; speed and conditioning - unmonitored

Access to Power&Pace App to manage your membership, bookings, access your personal reports, one on one communication with coach

How to register for New mambers :
Step 1: Fill the enquiry form , one of our coaches will reach out to you in 48hrs.
Step 2: Once your have spoken to the coach, Click on the link to purchase the initial assessment, select the coach and the time slot for your assessment, and make payments.
Step 3: Arrive on time for the assessment, you will get an email with all the details.
Stept 4: Our Coach will reach out to with your assessment results and recommendations
Step 5: Click here to enroll into the Basic Performance, choose the available free spot (day and time slot for the program) and set up your payment plan.
Step 6: Download the Power+Pace App to your mobile phone to access your booking details / your assessments / purchase add ons and so on.

2 weeks notice for certified medical else 4 weeks with Cancelation fee of $100
